We are probably going to be able to eliminate 2 formats, .pmlz and .tcr, but we need to add .html. Which saves us a little bit of work. But not much. The reader-situation is still not settling into a handful of formats. The pretty clear winners in the format race are...

I set max width to 1366, which is my monitor width, on which the display of the center column ain’t too bad. Lemme know if this improves the appearance on the superhuge monitors!
