Shades of Jack Williamson …
How about the dilithium crystals?
I thought anti-matter was supposed to annihilate itself whenever it comes in contact with matter. But I suppose in the big, black empty, a chance collision with a particle of matter would be rare.
Hmm…so if there are bands or clusters of anti-matter out there, that snazzy space cruiser had better have good force field shields or deflector beams or…something…to keep from going boom in a spectacularly astrophysics way. And as for Spaceman Spiff in a spacesuit…yowza.
so.. I wonder if that means there is-was tons and tons of anti-matter all over the place. and what we-they have discovered… is the leftover-victors in a war of annihilation ( gives that phrase a whole new meaning;) and now that we know it’s there.. the phrase doesn’t matter ( anti-matter:)… it actually does, from bluecatship.. going boom, or poof… would be bad:)
