I’ve been under the weather since Dec 6, really bad coughing fits, congestion, nastiness, at times too weak to do more than lie abed. Sinus infection, they say. Well, funny thing, now Jane is coughing. I’m slowly recovering, but since the first doctor’s appointment I can get is a week away, I will either be dead of the plague or recovered on my own. It is getting better.

Picked up Resurgence at the POBox yesterday. Finished my first quick read through, will be doing a more leisurely read starting this afternoon.
I like the rhythm of the pace and the changing points of view. Cajeiri is certainly maturing with perhaps a bit of nostalgia for his more irresponsible days. More thoughts after the second reading.

I should have bought stock in whoever makes Benadryl.
Johnson & Johnson, but I’d recommend an S&P 500 index fund like VOO. But wait until the market calms down or goes down; I think right now many people are moving out of China into US investments.
