…and had a real nice birthday lunch at Anthony’s for Sharon, with Joan. We had the corner window seats, by the falls. Salmon fish and chips, yum. The only possible flaw in it was the chips, which, I swear I’m going to drop a note to the chef, are just too ordinary—the best with salmon in that role is sweet potato chips. Very yum!
Lynn has been fielding a couple of personal emergencies, and reports she is back on track. We are glad!
And yes, we can wish both OSG and OSGuy happy birthday, because they have theirs days apart!
Thanks for a wonderful birthday! Nothing like celebrating with my 3 very dearest girlfriends!
Glad it was a grand celebration.
Alright.. this has nothing to do with this topic, but I couldn’t find a better place to put it. If you are looking for something good to watch, try Torchwood: Children of Earth. The characters reminded me of yours in some ways, especially of Morgaine: faced with things that they don’t really understand, and with a choice that is really bad or one that is slightly less bad. Exactly the kind of story I like. And the extended information that they have after the episodes are good too.
OSG’s birthday was celebrated over at Shejidan. I am guessing we should have invited you over. We had two very awfully sung songs in her honor!

Thank you, purplejulian! I highly recommend Anthony’s Huckleberry Slump for dessert — or better yet, for dinner!
