Yay!
I’ve had a day: frantic running about, escorting a friend of OSG’s, trying to mail about 300 lbs worth of packages, mostly books going to Selina Rosen; and I thought I’d lost my glasses at the post office the night before Nationals starts…but I’d laid them down in a usual place when I’d gotten home. So I’m racing about in the dark and the rain trying to find the glasses…exhausted. But feeling better. The overworked ankle is doing much better: I’ll be able to walk tomorrow. That’s good.
I went back over past entries looking for the one
that you mentioned the tv channel that would be
filming the Nationals. I couldn’t find it,so what
outfit is it? I looked on my sat. guide and didn’t
see them posted.
However, enjoy them!! You guys certainly deserve a
few days of utter enjoyment.
http://figureskating.about.com/b/ NBC. It is possible that the new sports network on Comcast may also carry events. It’s US something or another and is listed in the 400’s: they’re the ones that carry Olympic sports like luge and cycling, figure skating, etc.
How much and what we get to see seems to depend on the cable provider. For 2006 and 2010 Olympics we not only had NBC but also the networks it owns…you will find stuff like curling on the smaller outlets and Telemundo was by far and away the best place to watch soccer/football
OOPS! Obviously I meant 2008….I’m getting ahead of myself! 😉
Thanks, the link did it! I was looking for them 2
days too soon. It feels like the Winter Olympics
is happening so fast this year,I wasn’t even think
ing about them.
