…that would be really nice, and thank you, those who have!

Apropos of nothing else (save the fact that WordPress doesn’t let me create threads, only comment to them) has this incident -=> http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2011/04/13/security/ <=- had any effect or bearing on WwoaS or C&L?
Thanks for the heads-up. We don’t have much of a problem; but we will watch it. Most of our attempted intruders are peddling insurance and fake watches.
I feel I should first finish GroundTies and get somewhat into UpLink, in order to review UpLink. But naturally, I will. My next book to finish is GroundTies. I’m about 2/3 through it.
I’ve just finished Foreigner 1, and will get the next two out, as soon as I locate the box, which I evidently moved for better safekeeping. — I’ve really enjoyed the book, and can’t wait to see what happens next. Bren, I found similar enough to myself to sometimes wonder what to make of him…and me…but that’s part of the exploration a novel is fir, after all. — People such as Cajeiri and Barb, whom I’ve heard of in discussions, I haven’t “met” yet in the books. Looking forward to it.
I found myself wishing to know the native atevi word for dowager, in aiji-dowager. Whatever it is, nand’ Ilisidi plainly has no intention of it being a synonym for “older lady who sits still and does nothing.” I got a big kick out of her.
Downloaded both GroundTies and Uplink to my Kindle. Although I have read every book of yours I can get my hands on, I’ve not read any of Jane’s. I’m a newbie to your blog.
Welcome!
