ooOOoo…swooning with pleasure
I have seen some of the new things on Jane’s end of things, and am waiting with worms in my mouth (bated breath)! Yay fishies! Yay new covers!!
A happy Independence Day to everyone in the US. We are going to full life support here, air conditioners and filters and closed windows, because our neighborhood celebrates the birth of our country by blowing up a small piece of it. The smoke is, once again, terrible, and the neighbor’s barbecue is blowing straight against the side of the house that previously could not be sealed. I love the holiday, but could do without the accompanying air pollution.
We had a safe and sane 4th — if you call BBQ, hot dogs + chilli, tater salad, baked beans and nanner pudding for dessert all washed down with iced tea and margaritas, “sane” — but it was eaten in air-conditioned comfort inside, where the hot wasn’t. We watched the fireworks in a safe and sane manner as well — on TV — the big one in DC was on PBS.
