The world is turning round to a new year…2009 is in the books and we have all 2010 before us! We’ll be starting it off with the US figure skating Nationals, here in Spokane, and doing some traveling and getting ourselves back on the ice, and back in shape—we’ve worked a lot at the computer, but we need some exercise! We plan to get our guitar playing back in practice. And to build that pond bridge—
And to have numerous books for Closed Circle, plus fun things to buy like t-shirts and mugs and such!
We plan to start improving our front yard to match the back, though with a much smaller water feature!, if we can find the time and energy to remove grass and haul dirt. And since life shouldn’t be too planned—we plan to do serendipitous things as they happen along…
May all of you and yours be fortunate and happy in the New Year!
Happy New Year! I have a lot to look forward to this year as well. There’s the new Bren book in the Spring, and the one just getting done, (Yeah!) which we will see maybe at the end of the year. I have also come through the hard part of getting a new kitchen put in, and am now in a postion to enjoy a state-of-the-art gas stove, and (finally) a dishwasher, which is nothing but good news. There is painting left to do, and the dining room got pulled into the project because of a new little wall put in. So I’m spending today removing several layers of wall paper 🙁 but it’s going to be so nice when it’s done.
A happy new year to everyone
Happy new year, to our favorite authors and friends.
Happy New Year CJ, Jane and all the highly sociable and agreeable folks who gather here!
And a Happy New Year from snowy Boston: four inches or so and counting as I look out my home office window. May this New Year bring more peace and happiness to our world’s inhabitants than many enjoyed last year.
It is my wish that all who abide here in friendship, as well as our hard working authors,
be blessed with joyful living in the new year!
Jane and I and OSG are getting together this evening for pepperoni pizza, dvds, and Champagne, plus the exchange of New Year’s gifts—two decades ago we decided birthdays were too good to celebrate on just one day, and Christmas is too good to let go with just one round of gifts!…so we always save one, just to keep the sparkle in the days between…
my book has finally arrived :)))))))))))
happy new year guys
Happy New Year to everyone. So looking forward to lots of new CJ books — just like the old days when 2 or 3 books would come out a year [yippee], finally getting to Jane’s and getting used the electronic approach. And so glad new paper ones will still be coming out. Joy and Laughter, Happiness and Light to everyone. And CJ, Jane and Lynn, thank you for sharing so very much with all of us.
You’re all very kind. 😉
It’s started to snow bigtime here! Happy us!

And anyway, New Year’s Eve to New Year’s Day eve is the seventh day of Christmas. Hippo gnu deer!
Happy New Year Peace and Joy to All 🙂 😀 😆
Happy New Year to you all.
For those of us who have cats, this is a complete hoot simply because I can’t believe my eyes that a cat would put up with it! a friend sent me this silliness. Enjoy:

Ryan, that’s hilarious. I can’t imaging either of my cats being that patient. Birdie would be gone in a flash, Sydney wouldn’t lie still long enough.
Happy New Year to all, I hope this is a prosperous and felicitous year for all.
That is hysterical, ryanrick. Aloisius (also know as the meatloaf) might put up with it….but Kiki would try to eat the paper and Friendly would be off to her perch in the closet. Happy Day!! 😆
happy new year to everyone! hope it’s been fun 😀
