Just got through the procedure and all should be well.  Please report if otherwise! The software designer, bless him/her, within 2 hours of our request, and in post-Christmas week, provided us a fix, and we are running again.

Die and learn! We did a routine upgrade to our shopping basket on Closed Circle, and users have met a download glitch. We have a query in to the software creator.
